FAQ

Will sold-out pieces ever be restocked?
Our vintage finds are one-of-a-kind, found from antique collectors all over the world. Once they’re gone, they’re gone for good.

Before You Buy
Please remember that vintage jewelry is not new jewelry. Each piece carries its own history, character, and signs of age. Small imperfections, variations, patina, and evidence of previous wear are part of what makes vintage pieces special. Please review all photos, measurements, materials, and condition details carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We’re happy to ship worldwide. International shipping rates vary based on the destination and package weight. Any customs charges, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I clean my jewelry?
Vintage jewelry can be especially sensitive to cleaning products and moisture. We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners. For most pieces, gently wiping with a soft, dry cloth after wearing is the safest option. If you’re unsure how to care for a specific piece, contact us before attempting to clean it.

Can I request a custom piece?
Absolutely! If there’s a sold-out piece you’re still dreaming about, reach out to us. e may be able to create something inspired by the original. Custom requests are not guaranteed and may vary from the original piece.

Can I return it?
All purchases are final sale. Because many of pieces are vintage and unique, we strongly encourage you to review the full description, measurements, and photos carefully before placing your order. Vintage pieces can also be delicate, so please handle them gently and with care.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
Once a package has been shipped and is in the carrier’s possession, Antiga is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.

Are your jewelry pieces made from real gold/silver?

Each piece is different, so please refer to the individual product description for information about materials and metal composition.

How should I care for my Antiga pieces?
Antiga pieces are delicate, and have already lived a beautiful life before finding their way to you. To help preserve your jewelry, remove it before showering, swimming, exercising, or doing anything that could expose it to moisture, chemicals, or unnecessary wear. A little extra care goes a long way.
